CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Shipping terms are Delivery At Place (DAP) meaning all import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All print on demand apparel is subject to various fulfillment times and carrier rates.
We offer a seven (7) day return policy beginning the date the package is deemed "delivered" by the carrier on any products we make and stock in house. Clients must initiate the return for refund requests in writing within seven (7) days of package delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. Watches must be returned with all original packaging and in the same condition as received. Each return for a refund request will be subject to a ten (10) business day hold to complete a full quality inspection. Upon completion of a successful return quality inspection, the full funds will be returned via the same payment method received.
All custom products are final sale. If there is a product failure or malfunction, we'll initiate our warranty process and make things right as soon as possible.
Apparel is not our core business. We offer most of it on print-on-demand bases for our community members who want to support our brand. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse or offer any size exchanges as we do not stock any inventory. If a product arrives misprinted/damaged/defective, please contact within five (5) days to open up a claim. For any packages lost in transit, all claims are to be submitted no later than two (2) weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you change your mind after purchasing a gift card, we'll honor a full refund if requested in writing to email@example.com within three (3) days.
